Opt-Tech Sort Control Fields

A maximum of 20 control fields can be given.

Example:

S(1,10,C,A,11,20,C,A)

Each field has four sub-fields:

Start	1 is the first position
Length	Number of bytes
Type	See Field Type
Order	A : Ascending D : Descending
